By using RateAds you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

These terms apply to every visitor and account holder. We may update them. When we do, we'll post the new date at the top.

You must be at least 13 to use RateAds. By signing up you say that you are.

If you sign up for a company, you say you are allowed to bind that company to these terms.

You need an account for some features. Please give us accurate info when you sign up.

You are in charge of your password. Please tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account.

• Pick a strong, unique password.
• Don't share your sign-in details.
• Sign out on shared devices.
• Turn on two-step sign-in if you can.

Please use RateAds only for lawful reasons. Some things are off-limits:

• Breaking any law.
• Posting content that is hateful, abusive, or threatening.
• Pretending to be someone else.
• Blocking or slowing down the site for other people.
• Spreading viruses or malicious code.
• Trying to break into parts of the site you don't have access to.

You can post reviews, ratings, and comments. You own what you post.

When you post, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, copy, and share it on the site. We need this so your reviews show up in search and on profiles.

By posting, you also confirm that:

• The content is yours, or you have the right to share it.
• It does not break anyone else's rights.
• It does not include malicious code.

The RateAds name, logo, and code belong to us. Copyright, trademark, and other laws protect them.

Don't use our trademarks for your product or service without our written OK.

Our Privacy Policy tells you what data we collect and what controls you have. By using the site, you agree to it.

We give you the site “as is.” We try hard to keep it up and accurate, but we don't make legal promises that:

• The site will always be available.
• Every review or rating is fully accurate.
• The site fits your specific use case.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. That covers things like lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill.

We may close your account if you break these terms. We may also pause it while we look into a problem.

You can close your account any time from Settings. When the account ends, your right to use the site ends too.

We may change these terms. If a change is big, we'll try to give you 30 days' notice before it kicks in.
