What Should You Report?

Here are the main types of problems we need to know about

Fake Reviews
Reviews that seem fake, paid for, or written by bots

Examples to report:

  • Many similar reviews posted at once
  • Reviews that don't match the product
  • Obviously fake positive or negative reviews
Inappropriate Content
Content that breaks our community rules

Look for the flag or report icon next to the content or user profile

Pick the category that best describes what's wrong

Give Us Details

Tell us more about the problem so we can understand what happened

Submit Your Report

Send the report to our team and we'll look into it

What Happens After You Report?

We Get Your Report

Your report goes to our safety team right away

We Investigate

Our team looks at the content and checks if it breaks our rules

We Take Action

If needed, we remove content or take other steps to fix the problem

How Long Does It Take?

We try to look at reports as quickly as possible

Urgent Reports
Safety issues, harassment, or harmful content
Usually within 4 hours
Regular Reports
Fake reviews, spam, or other rule violations
Usually within 24 hours

Tips for Better Reports

  • Be specific: Tell us exactly what's wrong and why it's a problem
  • Include details: Any extra info helps us understand the situation better
  • One issue per report: Don't try to report multiple problems in one report
  • Be honest: Only report real problems, not things you just disagree with
