Your Core Rights
GDPR gives you the right to see your data, fix wrong data, delete your data, move it to another service, and object to certain uses. We honor these rights everywhere, not just in the EU.
How to Make a Request
Open Settings → Privacy → My Data. From there you can download a full copy, delete specific items, or close the account. Most requests are done in minutes.
When We Need More Time
Some requests take up to 30 days—usually when we need to confirm your identity. We tell you the reason for any delay and give you a clear next step.
If You Are Not Happy
You can complain to your local data protection authority. We will work with them and answer their questions in full. We aim to fix issues without needing a regulator.
