User Legal Rights

Whether you live in the EU, the US, Brazil, or anywhere else, you have rights as a member. This page lists your core rights and how to use them.
Right to Access
You can ask for a full copy of your data at any time. The download is in machine-readable form so you can move it to another service.
Right to Delete
You can delete any review or comment. You can close your account, which deletes most data within 30 days. We tell you exactly what is kept and why.
Right to Object
You can ask us to stop using your data for things that are not core to the service—like internal model training. We will stop within seven days.
Right to Appeal
If we remove a post or close an account, you can appeal. A different reviewer reads the appeal. We tell you the result and the reason.
