Legal Transparency
Our open commitment to sharing how legal requests are handled.
Transparency builds trust. We share clear numbers about legal requests we receive, what we did, and how often we said no.
Twice-a-Year Report
Every six months we publish a public report. It lists requests by country, type, and outcome. The report covers the last six months in full.
Per-Member Notice
When we can, we tell affected members about requests. Our report shows what share of requests we were able to disclose to members.
Categories We Track
We track government orders, civil subpoenas, emergency requests, content removals, and account preservation orders. Each category has its own page in the report.
Quick tips
- •Read each new transparency report when it goes live.
