Strong Login
We require strong passwords and check them against known breach lists. We also support hardware keys, app-based codes, and SMS codes for two-factor sign-in.
Smart Alerts
We email you when a new device signs in, a password is changed, or a sensitive setting is updated. Each email has a 'this was not me' link that locks the account in one click.
Recovery Without Pain
If you lose your password and your second factor, recovery uses backup codes you saved at sign-up plus a verified email. We do not let support staff log you in without these checks.
