What You Own
You own the reviews, photos, and videos you post. By posting, you give us a license to display them on RateAds. You can delete your content at any time, which ends the license.
What We Own
The site design, the logo, and the rating system are ours. You can talk about them and screenshot them in fair-use ways, but you cannot copy them for your own product.
Brand Names and Logos
You can mention any brand in a review. You cannot pretend to be the brand or use its logo on your profile. Brands can claim a verified badge through our advertiser program.
