Safety Programs

Big-picture programs that focus on a specific safety issue.

A safety program is a multi-year effort focused on one big issue. Programs come with a public goal, a budget, and a team that owns the result.

Current Programs

We run programs on misinformation, child safety, and harassment of public-facing women. Each has its own page with goals, results, and ways to help.

How They Work

Each program has a yearly budget, staff time, and outside partners. Progress is reported every quarter. Programs end when the goal is met or when the goal moves elsewhere.

How You Can Help

Sign up for program newsletters. Share studies on social media. Volunteer to be interviewed. Donate time or skills if you have them.

Quick tips

  • Pick one program and follow it for a year.
  • Read the quarterly updates.
  • Suggest new program topics.
  • Tell our team if a program seems off-track.
