The impact report goes deeper than the transparency report. It tells the story behind the numbers and looks at how our work changed members' lives.
Member Stories
Each impact report includes short stories from members who saw a real change. We share the stories with consent. Names are changed if the member asks.
Trend Charts
We chart key safety numbers over five years—reports filed, accounts banned, time-to-action, appeal success rate. Trends matter more than single quarters.
Goals for Next Year
Each report ends with three or four big goals for the year ahead. We say what we will do, how we will measure it, and when to expect updates.
