Continuous Improvement
How we get better at trust and safety, one cycle at a time.
Trust and safety is never done. New problems appear, members give feedback, and we learn from mistakes. Continuous improvement is how we keep up.
Quarterly Reviews
Each quarter, our team picks the top three issues from the last three months. We write a one-page review—what happened, what we did, what we will change—and post it.
Feedback Loops
Member feedback feeds into the next quarterly review. Reach out, post on the forum, or use the in-app feedback button. We tag every comment and read all of them.
Outside Eyes
Twice a year, an outside auditor reads our processes. The audit produces a public letter with their findings and our response.
Quick tips
- •Send your feedback often—we read it.
- •Read the quarterly review when it goes live.
- •Compare audits year over year to see trends.
- •Suggest topics through the advisory board form.
